DRIVFIT Return Policy
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in new, unused condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Custom or personalized products

Digital products or downloads
-
Items that have been worn, used, or washed

Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact DRIVFIT customer support at contact@driverfits.com.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Once approved, return instructions will be sent by email.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.

Ship the package using an authorized shipping provider.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.

If the replacement item has a higher price, the price difference must be paid before shipment.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
